We will encourage you to talk freely without censorship or inhibition in sessions. The goal is to build and strengthen your foundation of skills. 

Family Therapy

As a parent, it can be difficult to watch your teen struggle. You may feel lost or unable to help. Everyone has an opinion and has likely shared with you what you "should" or "shouldn't" do. The idea of the parent coaching is to help you feel empowered as a parent to act in a way that aligns with who you are.

There is no reason to go through any issue alone. As a licensed clinician we have spent years either in school, homes and/or working with individuals and families in the office, and have continued to stay on top of the latest research so you can feel supported, and guided to reach the life goals you’ve set. The tools that you will learn can dramatically change the experience that you are having in your life, or your teen is having and help you all get from where you and your teen want to be.
