We have created a office (in person & virtually) where therapists can focus on what they do best, clinical care, while we manage the business component of running a therapy practice.
We also provide a space for graduate and post-graduate interns to gain their necessary hours for graduation or licensure. In our Internship/Externship Program we offer Clinical Supervision guidance to meet your clinical licensure requirement needs. We have full time and part time options.

A flexible schedule: create a schedule that works best for you to meet the 25 clinical hours per week requirement. Must have a minimum of 4 hours per week after 5 pm

Fully Licensed Clinicians in Florida and Colorado Positions:
Responsibilities
Full-time will complete an average of 25 billable (clinical) hours per week. Pay range is based on averaging at least 25 billable hours per week and 5 admin hours per week. 30 hours in total is considered full time.
Participate in individual and group clinical supervision with assigned supervisor.
Conduct individual, group, and/or family therapy to assigned clients.
Participate in bi-weekly consult group.
Complete all documentation within 48 hours of the session including progress notes, treatment plans, discharge summaries, and initial assessments.
Provide case management services for assigned clients as indicated.
Provide crisis intervention as needed.
Complete required initial and ongoing clinical and administrative training.
Must be willing to accept commercial insurance and Medicaid under a supervisory billing model for those insurances that allow it (Cigna, Aetna, United Healthcare, CO-Access and CCHA).
Must adhere to all WellMinded Counseling Policies & Procedures.
In-person meetings and sessions may be done, or remote sessions as desired. Our physical offices are located in Broomfield, CO and Denver, CO
Qualifications
Registered with DORA (for Colorado) LPC, LCSW or LMFT. Or Registered with FDOH (for Florida) as an LMHC, LCSW or LMFT.
Should be trained and knowledgeable in trauma-informed practices such as EMDR, Internal Family Systems, MBSR, EFT, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and/or somatic interventions.
Must have reliable internet connection and a private space for virtual meetings and telehealth sessions.
