Works with Couples and Young Adults. Utilizes Psychodynamic Theory, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy and Attachment Theory.

Grace is passionate about guiding clients to pursue the changes they want and need to live a more fulfilling, authentic, and healthy life. She creates a safe and non-judgmental environment where clients are free to be open about their experiences, even the ones clients may feel are taboo or unusual. Grace can understand from experience how hard it can be to be vulnerable and tell one’s story, which is why she places a heavy emphasis on building a strong therapeutic relationship.

Fun Facts about Grace

  • I knew I wanted to be a therapist since I was about 13, so I worked toward this profession as soon as I could.

  • I am an introvert. My alone time where I get to read, cook, watch TV, and clean my space recharges me.

  • I go to therapy too!

  • I love all forms of art. I play piano, write, and enjoy listening to all kinds of music. I wish I could paint.

Grace enjoys working with adults who are motivated and ready to make some changes in their lives. Grace works with individuals and couples who are struggling to break past repetitive patterns that are keeping them stuck. She helps people to identify patterns, where they come from, and how these patterns impact oneself. She guides people to grow into new ways of being while honoring and processing the emotions that can come up through the process.

Grace has experience with and interest in working with couples, as well as individually with young adults who are struggling with anxiety, relationship issues, perfectionism, stress, and attachment trauma. Her style is direct, collaborative, and solution-focused. Grace has her master’s degree in counseling psychology with a concentration in clinical mental health, and she has completed Gottman level 1 and 2 training (a couple’s modality).
