Brain spotting is a relational, brain-body, focused mindfulness-based therapy. It uses a dual attunement approach to therapy, in which the brain spotting therapist supports the client to engage in mindfulness to help move the client's shift away from dysregulation to regulation in response to the symptoms that are negatively impacting their lives.
